Association of Charity Independent Examiners (ACIE)
ACIE is an association of people who carry out Independent Examination of charity accounts, providing support and information to its members, charities and other interested parties.
ACIE is the only professional body whose sole focus is Independent Examination and its full membership procedure is the only route available to people wanting to have their work in Independent Examination scrutinised and validated.
Part-time, permanent post. 22 hours p/wk
Salary equivalent NJC Salary points 32 -34 (£27,924 - £29,558 p.a. pro-rata.)
Based: Working location to be confirmed once post holder appointed
To coordinate, develop and review all aspects of the work of ACIE including the development and promotion of ACIE membership; the management and coordination of communications with, and the promotion of training and events to ACIE members.
At the closing date applicants must have a minimum of:
- A tertiary qualification at level 5 or above on the National Qualifications Framework (eg HND, foundation degree, or above, or equivalent)
- Working experience of developing and managing projects or programmes including promoting membership
- Experience of event planning, coordination and promotion.
In addition, applicants must have demonstrable working experience of contact management systems, integrated website and database software and the use of Microsoft Office applications, and internet and email facilities.
