A prestigious children’s charity is looking for a temporary Senior Direct Marketing Manager to lead their direct marketing strategy.  You will be responsible for a multimillion pound budget, and raising £15m from individuals through a variety of direct marketing channels.  This is a temporary position lasting until December 2016.

Key responsibilities include:
-Implement an effective direct marketing programme through direct mail, DRTV, digital, telemarketing, and face-to-face to recruit and develop new supporters.
-Manage the supporter acquisition strategy in order to maximise the long term income of the supporters and the organisation
-Manage the relationships with external agencies and suppliers to achieve campaign objectives and targets
-Manage a multi-million dollar budget income and expenditure budget

You will need the following experience for this role
-Proven track record of success in direct marketing and a strong understand of direct marketing fundraising
-Experience implementing direct marketing campaigns across a wide range of media
-Experience in managing a team
-Proven analytical and financial management skills
