Young Epilepsy is the leading national charity, which exists to improve the lives of children and young people with epilepsy and associated conditions. With over 100 years of experience, our unique Headquarters offers world-class services which include the provision of Residential Services, Education and Health Care to children and young people in the UK and nationally.

Based within the Fundraising and External Relations Directorate, you will ensure quality and compliance of the CRM database across all departments within the organisation. Your role will involve maintaining and updating donor and lead records on the CRM database, extracting reports from the Progress database, providing appropriate training to all users, and producing reports on activity, in order to inform department strategies and planning.

To be successful, you must possess experience of working with CRM systems, preferably in a fundraising or marketing environment, with a track record of accurate financial administration. Proven understanding of database analysis is a must, and you will be able to plan and prioritise your workload and communicate effectively with your colleagues at all levels.

We offer an attractive range of benefits including 27 days annual leave plus eight bank holidays, occupational pension scheme, subsidised dining room, gym membership options (on and off-site) and on-site accommodation (may be available for employees working unsocial hours). We offer a range of shift patterns and also offer opportunities for overtime.
