Based in Lingfield, Surrey or Victoria, London
Young Epilepsy is the leading national charity working exclusively to improve the lives of children and young people with epilepsy and associated conditions.
We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Fundraiser to lead our Trusts and Statutory Team in producing strong statutory, trust, lottery and international fundraising applications, and meet the team targets and objectives.
You’ll have in-depth knowledge of Trusts Fundraising with proven success in securing and managing large grants. Your team will expect to be able to turn to you for your insightful advice, creative consultancy, input into proposals and all round support and mentorship. You will have the skills and experience to understand the larger strategic picture of the charity and build a successful Trusts and Statutory programme based on it.
You’ll need hands-on practical experience of personally securing large bids and managing high-level relationships. We are looking for someone who can generate new and creative ideas and can manage a busy team to exceed challenging income targets. You’ll be solutions-focused and able to build relationships that will enable you to influence and inspire confidence at the highest levels.
We offer an attractive range of benefits including 27 days annual leave plus eight bank holidays, occupational pension scheme, subsidised dining room, gym membership options (on and off-site) and on-site accommodation (may be available for employees working unsocial hours).
