Senior Corporate Manager - (Up to 12 months)
We are looking for a Senior Corporate Manager (up to 12 months) to lead a high performing team of Corporate Managers to engage Corporates in partnerships, contributing to saving lives, raising income, awareness and engagement and providing opportunities to deliver key messages.
A wonderful National life saving charity, innovative in their approach and provide fantastic flexible working arrangements. This post can be home based or based in Dorset or London offices.
The successful candidate will lead a team of fundraisers to develop and maintain strong relationships with Corporates through exemplary stewardship.
This team has ambitious income and engagement targets, and so to deliver the strategy the senior manager will need to build upon the existing success the team and drive further improvements and growth in partnerships.
This role will require excellent stakeholder management as this team works with many different channels within the charity.
Location of this role is flexible, but the successful candidate will be required to travel frequently to meet with their team, Key Investment peers and key stakeholders.
Previous management experience that includes financial and performance reporting, multi-year income pipeline management, governance systems and managing geographically diverse teams would be advantageous.
Is a natural collaborator who builds rapport and relationships easily.
Is willing to take direction and coaching.
Enjoys setting and striving for stretch targets and is ambitious in a competitive environment.
