Are you a super-focussed sales/fundraising leader who gets a real buzz from seeing your team smash their targets?

Eastern England covers from Luton to Lowestoft and from the Thames to the Humber and the charity are looking for two energetic and enthusiastic Face-to-Face Area Managers to lead and inspire teams of face-to-face fundraisers, to achieve great things in membership recruitment - and to help Save Nature in the region.

You will engage with members of the public at a variety of events and by leading from the front, you will be able to demonstrate your skills in sales and/or membership recruitment to your team by achieving your own personal recruitment targets. You will also be able to use your experience and skills to coach and develop your team to achieve and surpass their own goals.

You will have the opportunity to work with experienced & knowledgeable staff, and build a platform for future growth. You will receive a comprehensive induction to the role and the opportunity to work on a tailored Personal Development Plan to continue your progression.

You will need to be able to undertake occasional work outside of normal office hours (including some weekends) and will need to undertake regular and extensive travel throughout Eastern England (vehicle provided). These are two roving roles, which between them will cover an area including Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Lincolnshire. Extensive travel throughout the region is a key element with this role. Due to the nature of the role overnight stays may also be required. Depending on circumstances our client may be able to offer some support with relocation.
