You will plan and deliver a number of marketing campaigns – promoting our events and community fundraising products, in order to achieve increased supporter recruitment targets. This will involve analysing past campaigns, testing new ideas and improving what we do from what is learnt. You will manage budgets and marketing plansand oversee our relationship with suppliers and ensure work produced is creative, on brief and of high quality.

Effective collaboration will be key to your success. You’ll work with other marketing managers and our Supporter Care team to ensure our communications with supporters are of a consistently high standard. You’ll play an active role in our Supporter Growth team and will be responsible for promoting best practice within your area of expertise. Even more broadly, you’ll co-operate with colleagues across our organisation to find new ways to increase our funds.

An impressive record of planning and managing successful event and community fundraising marketing campaigns is essential for success. You must be used to developing integrated multi-media campaigns, as well as managing mailing houses, creative agencies and printers. You also need to be adept at monitoring, reporting and forecasting against plans and budgets.
