Line managing two executives, the online team sits within Supporter Marketing and is responsible for supporting digital communications strategies to relevant audiences across fundraising. Supporter Marketing is directly responsible for raising c£15 million through individual supporters via multiple marketing channels, with online income increasing year on year. Your skill in strategy development, understanding of digital communications and social media, and relentless focus on building relationships with supporters will be key to the step change we seek.
You will a strong background project management skills within an online fundraising/new media context to deliver successful campaigns. You shall have demonstrable experience of using Google Analytics and other Google/free online tools to inform and support online initiatives and experience in using SEO, PPC/Google ads, search engine marketing, and usability testing and harnessing social networking and blogging for marketing/fundraising purposes. You shall be experienced of setting and managing budgets and an effective line Manager.
