Office Manager

The J’s Hospice provides hospice and respite care for young adults across Essex.  This is an exciting time as the charity is growing rapidly. Based near Chelmsford, an Office Manager is needed to manage  day to day office operations including financial processes, volunteers, customer service, data entry, IT systems, assisting with grants fundraising and providing support to the Director of Fundraising. 

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy but effective office environment.  A finance background will be beneficial as will knowledge and experience of Sage.  You will be efficient, well organised, have excellent attention to detail and bring first-rate customer service skills.
