Administration Team Manager - Permanent - £38,000 - £40,000
Our client is an established, highly regarded charitable foundation working to support initiatives and projects that address social inequality and economic disadvantage. They are now looking to recruit the new role in the organisation of Administration Team Manager.
Working as part of a well organised and tight knit management team, the post holder will be responsible for line managing a team of four administrative staff, monitoring workloads and setting objectives. Overseeing all administration aspects of the grant making process, this role will also entail rationalising systems, database management (GIFTS) and taking ownership of admin orientated projects.
With experience in using GIFTS or a similar grants management database, the ideal candidate will be highly organised, lead by example and demonstrate effective project management (Prince 2 preferred but not essential). You will have a pragmatic and communicative approach to team management and be committed to the aims and objectives to the organisation.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced team leader to play a key role in the efficient running of an inspirational charity.
