Our current Head of Office and Professional is moving to a well-known charity, which is why we’re now looking for someone equally talented and driven to fill her shoes. Make no mistake this will not be an easy task, even for an experienced professional. We’re not going dwell too much on the scope of the role as you are no doubt familiar with the challenge of leading, developing and getting the very best out of your team (there’s11 people in this one). What’s just as important to us - and perhaps worth highlighting - is the level of client facing activity we will expect from you whilst building an external profile and presence within the sector. This is critical as much of the Desk’s business is through client referral - the rest will be down to you coordinating, directing and managing business development and marketing activities throughout the team. As you might expect you’ll also be involved in generating consultancy work and leading key accounts yourself.
