Working alongside the Chief Executive as his number two, this role has the following responsibilities:
- Oversight of the performance of all aspects of operations globally
- Lead and coordination of global planning and accountability
- Development of an integrate International Unit
- Deputising for the CEO
- Leading the organisation’s global direction and growth as a member of the SMT
The right person for the post will be highly motivated and committed to youth-led development.
