Finance & Operations Manager - Part-time (4 days a week)
This health related charity are looking to recruit an experienced Finance & Operations Manager to lead effective financial management and operational support that furthers their mission and strategy. Reporting to the CEO the post holder has overall responsibility for development and delivery of finance, operations and company secretary duties. You will also have shared responsibility with the senior management team for the development and delivery of the charity’s business plan and general management of the organisation.
You will be a qualified accountant ideally with significant finance experience gained within a small or medium sized charity including preparing charity statutory accounts in accordance with charity SORP. Your remit will have covered payroll, pensions, benefits, VAT, Year End Audit plus ideally Company Secretary responsibility including governance.
Most importantly you will be a team player with proven leadership skills. As an instrumental member of the senior team you will act as a cultural ambassador and inspire those around you to work to their highest capability.
