Operations Executive - London - c.£28,000
Our client is an international healthcare organisation which works to support women in developing countries. They are currently recruit an Operations Executive to support their logistics and customer service function.
This role will involve dealing effectively with suppliers and contractors, inputting details accurately on the internal database and administering a complex invoicing procedure. Working directly with international stakeholders, the post holder will be required to maintain very high levels of customer service and have the ability to action supply chain issues in a timely manner. This position also has responsibility for assisting with preparing activity reports and the development and production of sales and marketing materials.
Educated to degree level, the ideal candidate will have experience of global logistics as well as knowledge of import / export regulations. Due to the high level of communication with customers, suppliers and stakeholders, excellent inter-personal skills are essential. With the ability to operate across a multifunctional team the successful candidate will have excellent IT skills and experience of working with ERP, CRM and cloud based systems.
Additionally, languages, particularly French and Spanish, would be advantageous but not essential as is knowledge of salesforce.com or EPICOR ERP systems.
