Join the AHT and help take animal welfare to new heights
The Animal Health Trust (AHT) is a veterinary charity dedicated to the health and welfare of companion animals. Due to recent expansion of our fundraising programme, we have the following vacancy at our new Newmarket HQ.
We are looking for dynamic and an experienced fundraiser to join us to help drive forward our ambitious growth plans. The successful candidate should be an outgoing individual with excellent administration and communication skills and be passionate about the wellbeing of dogs, cats and horses. In addition, you must have outstanding people skills and be able to develop and nurture successful relationships.
With legacy experience in a charity raising £1 million annually from bequests, you will establish the AHT as the choice charity for those wanting to create a lasting legacy for animal health and welfare. You will coordinate all legacy promotions; mailings, advertising, open days and visits; promote legacy giving via intermediaries (solicitors & vets); and steward relationships with existing pledgers and enquirers. Direct marketing skills must be complemented by excellent interpersonal skills. You will also create in memoriam giving tools for bereaved pet owners and relatives.
