Teach First is an educational charity that recruits outstanding graduates to teach in some of the UK’s toughest schools, raising the achievement, aspiration and access to opportunity of children from low socio-economic backgrounds. Our goal is to raise £1m a year from individuals and increase funding by 50% over the next three years. Great progress has been made, but there is potential for so much more.
As Senior Regular Giving Officer, you’ll use your drive, experience and creativity to plan and implement a regular giving strategy that builds on our existing database, as well as targets new audiences. It’s a varied role and with it, you’ll also support the Individual Giving Manager in the cultivation and stewardship of major donors.
We’re looking for someone that gets fired up by the chance to make his or her own mark. You’ll be part of a 20-strong fundraising team, working alongside people who will inspire, support and challenge you. We’ll support and guide you where you need it, but at the end of the day, you’ll have the chance to own this programme and drive its growth.
