Major Donor Manager
We are looking to recruit an ambitious, highly motivated fundraiser with excellent interpersonal skills to join our growing Major Gifts team. A born networker, you will manage and develop a portfolio of major donors and prospects, building relationships and managing the process from identification, cultivation, solicitation through to stewardship. You will need proven experience of inspiring supporters as you will be required to actively identify and engage face to face, with new high net worth individuals, in order to bring new funding and support to the RSPB.
By helping to raise money for nature conservation, this role will enable us to make a huge difference because the challenges that face wildlife and their habitats today is ever increasing and this role is being advertised as the RSPB enters one of its most exciting and ambitious periods in history.
Demonstrable success in managing long term professional relationships, securing high level support and achieving targets is required
