Volunteering Liaison Co-ordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Volunteering Liaison Co-ordinator to further develop, champion and support the volunteering network at a wonderful Northampton based charity.
The Volunteering Liaison Co-ordinator will, working from a distance, work closely with regional and national colleagues to develop the charity’s branch and group network, delivering the aims of the volunteering strategy and further develop the range of volunteering opportunities on offer throughout the organisation.
You will be responsible for proactively providing support, information and advice to volunteers, responsible for supporter development within specific allocated areas as well as lead and contribute to the development of the recruitment and retention of volunteers.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience of working with volunteers, experience of managing/coaching and developing volunteers and proven experience of sourcing and devising a wide range of successful recruitment initiatives.
