Our client, The Jubilee Sailing Trust, is a registered charity whose mission is to promote the integration of people of all physical abilities through the challenge and adventure of sailing Tall Ships on the open sea.
They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraiser and manager to take the charity forward to the next stage of development. Managing a small but dynamic and highly professional team you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will grow the charity profile year on year. You will also have the challenge of maximising all sales, marketing and fundraising opportunities that emerge from their newly formed Sail the World programme.
Interested candidates will need to have significant commercial experience and a well developed understanding of fundraising income streams. You will also need to have an innate understanding of performance reporting and be able to re-mould and develop the existing fundraising team through strong leadership; guiding and motivating them to achieve demonstrable results.
