Alumni Relations Officer
£28,000 - £34,000 plus generous pension contributions and other benefits • Full-time
With a history of over 450 years, Kingston Grammar School has a successful track record of alumni relations and fundraising from parents, alumni and friends, all of whom have shown their commitment to the first class education that we provide. With the recent arrival of a new Director of Development and expansion in the team, we wish to appoint a full-time Alumni Relations Officer to work with the School’s alumni association focusing primarily on events, alumni volunteers, communicating to alumni through a range of web and social media communications and overall alumni relations administration.
Exceptional communication and organisation skills will be complemented by experience of working with databases and web pages, and the ability to organise and run events. Previous experience as an alumni officer, membership coordinator or in a marketing role would be advantageous. This role will require some evening and weekend working.
