Reporting to the Services Director, the new Head of Operations position will lead in the design and delivery of donor service provision. You will ensure all aspects of the service achieve the highest quality customer service standards and turnaround times and that regulatory and other best practice frameworks are adhered to.
You will be an inspiring and motivating senior manager with significant people management experience and a proven track record of delivering excellence in a service delivery context.
With experience of setting and delivering to targets/KPIs , excellent customer service knowledge along with experience of leading change you will be able to motivate your team to deliver the best possible service at all times.
