Badenoch & Clark are working on a retained basis, with this unique charity, who provide therapy services to people of all ages and with a range of conditions.

With the current CEO approaching retirement in late 2012, the organisation is looking to appoint an experienced 3rd Sector CEO, to add significant business management experience to the organisation.

The role will focus on the strategic purpose and direction of the charity, and back this up with strong 3 year organisational strategic plans. The role will identify and articulate key strategic programmes that will allow the organisation to reach their goals.

The role will also play a key part in the introduction of a new culture and ethos, and will support the fundraising division in the development of new sources of income.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an already successful brand, who are looking to refocus, grow and make the step to the next level, and represents an opportunity for an experienced strategic CEO to make a significant impact on this future of the charity, and their overall cause in general.

The role reports to an established and experienced board.
