Individual Giving Manager

The Individual Giving Manager will develop the strategy to maximise income for fundraising from Members, ticket buyers, visitors, online and other constituent groups. To achieve agreed fundraising targets by developing and commissioning new, innovative and engaging print and online campaigns to increase constituency participation in Individual Giving.

You will need proven experience of delivering a strategic approach to individual fundraising through Direct Marketing and online activities; Proven experience of the project management and delivery of successful marketing and campaign initiatives; Ability to engage with colleagues to champion the philanthropic message and to identify fundraising opportunities; Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a range of projects simultaneously and deliver to deadlines and under pressure; Excellent communication and influencing skills - able to use tact and diplomacy to develop effective working relationships both internally and externally.
