Our client a progressive and well known social enterprise works to support disadvantage people in the UK and abroad. They provide a unique service which helps charities stretch their limited budgets and enables them to provide wider services to their service users.
The Charity Partnerships Team takes a lead on charity-facing work, providing excellent customer care to help charity partners get the most out of the service, along with marketing and relationship building to them and within the wider charity sector.
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual who can combine empathy for the ethos of the charity sector with strong business awareness to lead the Charity Partnerships Team.
The post holder will form part of the senior management team working closely with the CEO to shape and deliver the strategic and operational plans. The ideal candidate will have experience of customer care, planning and implementing marketing activities, as well as research and evaluation.
The successful candidate will also need to have excellent communication and presentation skills as well as being able to demonstrate his or her ability to plan and manage multiple projects. Strong attention to detail is a must, as is an ability to support and motivate a small team.
The successful candidate will play a leading role in delivering the programme according to the new strategic plan.
