Direct Marketing and Digital Manager
Up to £40,000
Our client, a well established national health support and campaigning organisation, is currently looking to recruit a Direct Marketing and Digital Manager to play a key role in raising income and increasing donor base through developing online and direct marketing campaigns.
Reporting to the Director of Development, this position will be particularly focused on managing the strategic development of the use of web and social media marketing techniques and the growth of supporter journey management. With the aim to maximise awareness for the organisation and fundraising opportunities, you will work to ensure an integrated approach across the fundraising and marketing functions. Based within a focussed team, you will have responsibility for managing three members of staff, motivating and developing them in their roles.
With demonstrable experience of successful Direct Marketing, the ideal candidate will have had considerable exposure to digital and social media activity and understand how it can be utilised to maximise supporter engagement. Experience of using the Raisers Edge database is essential, you will enjoy working in a fast paced, structured environment and have the ability to plan and organise successful campaigns. A self motivated, strategic thinker, you will also have excellent communication skills and an innovative, forward thinking approach to your work.
