Adult Services Manager (£30-£35K)
Salford Foundation requires an Adult Services Manager to lead its gender specific and family services. The postholder will report directly to the Chief Executive and will be required to work at both a strategic and operational level. The strategic role will require an intuitive and intellectual ability to analyse situations and propose solutions.
A proactive contribution to the future growth and direction of gender specific and family services will be expected.
At operational level, the Adult Services Manager will have responsibility for overseeing the work of the Adult Inclusion team who work with women and their families across a range of complex and challenging scenarios. Knowledge and experience of the Criminal Justice System and other gender specific interventions and services will be essential as will the ability to performance manage at a senior level. The use of a car is essential for this post.
