This is a vital role within the fundraising team and requires someone who thrives on building relationships with key personnel within corporates and trusts. You will research and submit proposals to new potential corporate partners and trusts, and steward and develop our existing corporate partners and trusts, to maximise their potential.
We work with over 50,000 birdwatchers to provide impartial, inclusive and progressive science that helps us better to understand the challenges facing our birds and to inform their conservation. Together, we want to do more for birds and conservation and we need a new Corporate & Trust Fundraiser to help us fund the work we want to do. The person we seek will ideally have two years’ experience delivering income growth from the corporate sector and a deep understanding of how to achieve fundraising potential through relationship management. A good knowledge of Britain’s birds, their environment and biodiversity would be an advantage.
