Data Specialist

A great opportunity for an analyst with strong database experience, technical savvy and a curious mind to join the team at one of the most highly regarded environmental charities in the world.

You will be focused on campaign analysis and data segmentation with proven experience using data to recruit, retain and develop supporters to maximise income. Excellent interpersonal skills is key to this role because you will be working alongside several internal teams to communicate data results in an understandable way.

This Data Specialist will:
- Identify new ways of interpreting data and make recommendations
- Conduct data selection and reporting to provide insight into supporter trends and opportunities to maximise income

The candidate for this Data Specialist must have:
- Experience working with a charity or commercial sector relationship database (CARE database desirable)
- Strong SQL, Excel and Access skills
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical information in simple terms

Salary: £28, 000 - £35, 000
Based: London
