Membership Coordinator – Immediate start
A new opportunity has arisen for a Membership Coordinator to provide strong administrative support to key affiliated groups within a leading health membership organisation.
This role will be providing the administration support for 2 partner groups and will include liaising with members, dealing with enquiries, providing committee support and processing payments for both groups. This role will involve liaising with a variety of individuals on different levels and ensuring information is provided and the membership database is maintained accurately. With an ability to effectively prioritise, the post holder will be also be involved in the organisation of conferences, events and meetings.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to take on responsibility of solely support two groups. Exposure to a similar role supporting groups; whether it be partners, stakeholders or members is desired, and the successful applicant will be highly organised and have excellent communication skills. An interest in working for a health focused organisation would be advantageous.
**Candidates on a maximum two week notice period will be considered, although an immediate start is preferred**
