An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Oxfordshire Projects teams, as a Service Manager. This is an exciting role which encompasses a number of different services in Oxford City and West Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience, skills and knowledge which prove their ability to manage a range of services for single homeless people including substance use projects and accommodation and resettlement services for young people (16+).
The successful candidate will demonstrate a breadth of knowledge and skills and a strong commitment to St Mungo’s values and ethos of optimism, client centered approach and recovery.
Main duties will include:
• To manage the delivery of services to meet both our contractual obligations and our own best practice so that they deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of new projects and services across Oxfordshire.
• Making sure clients are involved, as far as possible, in decisions affecting their welfare and treatment including the use of the Outcomes Star. This also includes the management of the project and that regular consultation occurs via house meetings.
• To assist in the budgetary process including setting the budgets, authorising invoices and expenditure within agreed limits, monitoring project budgets, and supervising budget holders.
