Salary: £27,849 - £32,800. Future potential up to £37,206

You’ll provide effective leadership and management for a team of home-based, part-time Telephone Fundraisers in order to achieve financial and non financial objectives. This will involve motivating, evaluating, improving and sustaining performance.
You’ll analyse the results of a variety of telephone fundraising campaigns and projects. With experience of effectively managing a geographically dispersed team, you’ll ideally have knowledge of telemarketing/telephone fundraising as a route to market.
Previous call centre or digital telephony system experience would be an advantage.
