Fundraising Research Manager
World-class Fundraising Research Manager passionate about the promotion of human rights, equality and the relief of poverty on a global scale is urgently required to lead on the development and implementation of a fundraising research strategy for one of the most prestigious international development charities in the world.
Supporting three major gifts teams, your attention to detail will be utilised for identifying, researching and evaluating prospects from Trusts and Foundations, as well as high-net worth individuals and companies. Working closely with major gift teams, you will play an integral role in the planning and delivery of cultivation events to maximise fundraised income.
It is essential that you have demonstrable experience of conducting research for at least two different streams of funding as well as line management experience as you will provide support to other fundraising research staff with one direct report.
This role will suit someone who has a proven track record of developing and implementing a major gift research strategy, ideally, for an international development charity.
