The Fundraising Research Manager will lead on the development and implementation of a research strategy to enable the organisation to grow income from high net worth individuals, foundations and companies. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and talented researcher with a passion for international development to join a growing and ambitious team to help diversify income, enabling them to reach further and their work to have a greater impact.
With significant prospect research experience and an excellent understanding of relationship-based fundraising, you will help them to grow the prospect pipeline by identifying, researching and evaluating prospective high-value donors. Proactive, tenacious and creative, you will have excellent communication and coordination skills, together with a methodical and resourceful approach.
