As one of our National Directors, a high profile comes with the territory. Your profile will be key as you set about the task of achieving significant growth in our operation so we are able to provide more help, more advice and more support to the thousands of people who have sight problems.

You’ll understand the unique social and political challenges in Wales, and recognise the opportunities for delivering high quality direct and indirect services to blind and partially sighted people. A diverse portfolio of services will include community development, employment, education, housing, advocacy and information. You will also lead high impact campaigning and policy activity.
Within a strong strategic and business planning framework, you will play a significant role in shaping and delivering the RNIB Cymru plans for the next 3 - 5 years.

You must have succeeded as a strong leader, with significant experience of running a range of services. Change management will be one of your key strengths along with the ability and credibility to influence the political agenda.
