British ORT seeks an ambitious, dynamic, experienced and successful income generator to lead and implement the revenue generation programme, focussing on major gifts (individuals, trusts and corporates), develop and implement strategy and to manage a small professional team.
This is a hands-on role and you will need to have a track record of success in either major gift fundraising, marketing or commercial/sales environment to meet the challenging income targets.
You will have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills and the ability to develop and manage high profile supporters, working effectively with the trustees.
A good knowledge of the Jewish community is desirable and you will have empathy for the ideals which underline this organisation.
