The overall aim of the Hammersmith and Fulham Volunteer Centre is to promote and develop volunteering opportunities, to recruit and place volunteers and to get people into work, and to work with the business community.

Business Development Manager
£28,636 to £31,754 pa

You will develop and manage our business arm, bringing in much needed income into the organisation through fundraising events, employer supported and skills based volunteering, corporate sponsorship, donations, and funding bids. You will deliver challenging targets using your excellent project management and communication skills.

You will have a good track record of working with the corporate sector and private donors and successfully delivering on the organisation’s objectives. You will be experienced in developing and delivering a wide range of income generating programmes, supervising staff and/or volunteers, as well as having the ability to deliver modern and effective marketing and fundraising strategies. Candidates should possess strong IT skills and be an excellent communicator. This post would suit a second or third jobber.
