Door to Door Fundraising Recruitment Officer

We have doubled in size in the last few years due to our reputation for sector knowledge, honesty and our belief in building long lasting relationships with our clients and our candidates.

We have an opening for a professional and dynamic individual to support the fundraising team with the recruitment process whilst being trained up to eventually become a recruitment consultant themselves.

To apply for this role you must have

- An interest in (and even experience of) the charity sector
- Experience of door-to-door fundraising
- A desire to learn how to be an excellent recruitment consultant
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to communicate with a range of people over the phone and face to face
- Confidence to sell yourself and our business
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Demonstrable experience of working in a demanding office based environment
- Demonstrable experience of working to tight deadlines
