Applications are invited for two full-time Direct Marketing Officer posts.
These exciting and challenging roles will work within the marketing department on the implementation, from specification to delivery, of a range of direct marketing activities. Working in the acquisition, retention and reactivation of individual supporters via multiple channels, the roles will aim to achieve key performance targets to ultimately benefit our crucial research to defeat dementia.
The responsibility split of the two roles will be decided according to expertise of the successful candidates.
Duties include
• Campaign execution including liaison with suppliers/agencies, data selection briefs, analysis and reporting
• Build loyalty of donors including development of welcome procedures, newsletters, acknowledgement processes and donor reactivation campaigns.
• Contribute to the development of plans to maximise income from individuals.
• Regular marketing performance reporting, liaising with other departments as necessary.
