Operations Director (East London)
Stewardship is a national Christian charity and a leading supplier to churches and Christian charities of services to improve financial and legal administration; it is committed to the promotion of generous living lifestyles and assists 25,000 individuals with their charitable giving. Its income places it within the top 100 Charities in the UK and as a direct result of its growth they are looking for an Operations Director.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be a key member of the Senior Management Team with specific responsibility for all front facing Operations, HR, IT, and Systems Development functions. Proven experience at a senior level will be essential as you will be the lead person in these areas. The ability to ensure all communication and co-ordination activity across these areas is effective and of the highest standard is fundamental.
The post is covered by an occupational requirement for all applicants to be committed Christians and fully support Stewardship’s Christian ethos.
