Age UK Lancashire is seeking to recruit an experienced manager to lead and manage staff providing care services across Central Lancashire. Managed by the Director of Care Services the successful applicant will be responsible for managing existing projects, leading teams of staff, securing new ways of providing support and developing relationships with key stakeholders and commissioners. As a manager in this department you will be expected to:
- Represent Age UK Lancashire on key planning groups
- Develop and support existing services
- Expand our own range of services and seeking funding for new work
- Negotiate and manage contracts and Services Level Agreements
- Develop relationships with commissioners and key stakeholders
