We are looking for an inspirational leader to take overall operational responsibility for our Grade II listed, 101 bed centre in Brighton. This multipurpose centre is active and open 24/7 throughout the year delivering a variety of services to members including: rehabilitation and training, respite care, holidays and activity breaks and some permanent residential care.
The ideal candidate will have experience motivating and coordinating diverse groups of managers, staff and external contractors to achieve excellent performance. They will be resourceful and collaborative with a positive attitude and have the aptitude to be the public face of Blind Veterans in the South of England.
