Our client, a human rights disability charity that works with people with learning disabilities, is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to lead on the delivery of one of their key programmes.
Working closely with the Service Manager, the post-holder will implement, monitor and evaluate the programme and ensure overall targets and outcomes are exceeded. The Operations Manager will effectively line manage the Employment Advisors and Job Broker Manager to implement the contract requirements efficiently as well as providing weekly, monthly and quarterly monitoring reports.
We are looking for someone with proven experience of leading on service delivery contracts and managing and inspiring others to achieve specific targets. With an ability to develop individual training and employment programmes and deliver services to people with complex needs, the ideal candidate will have strong communication and networking skills.
