Are you a strong analytical thinker with a sound grasp of all things financial? Can you help equip our team with the most effective tools, processes and information?

You will pro-actively manage the departmental financial management processes, set up effective processes and liaise closely with Leader, Account Management and Finance teams to monitor income, reconcile monthly figures and identify and solve discrepancies. In close liaison with the Leader Group to set, manage and monitor the departmental budget for indirect costs e.g. merchandise, transport, accommodation.

To build capability within the client services team via effective resource deployment, prioritisation of tasks, and career development and coaching of the Client Services Coordinator.

Working in one of the leading corporate partnership departments in the sector - and for the No 1 UK Charity - you'll use your skills both to ensure we work as a highly effective team and to maximise our Payroll Giving income and Gift Aid.

To grasp this opportunity, you need to show us that you are skilled in word processing, spreadsheets, and basic graphics and presentation packages. Highly numerate with the keen attention for detail and sense of ownership that ensures work of an invariably high standard; your organisation and prioritisation skills enable you to maintain that standard in the face of conflicting priorities.

And in return for your enthusiasm and commitment? We commit to actively develop you and offer excellent benefits including a 34.5 week (with an early finish on Friday), BUPA, life assurance, pension, childcare vouchers, generous annual leave, and interest free loans for season ticket and gym membership.
