Our client is looking for an experienced and inspired fundraiser to bring their new Legacy Strategy to life, securing legacy income in the longer term.
They have ambitions for both inspiring more people to leave a legacy as well as building the relationship with people who have already done so.
The successful candidate will be joining our clients team at an exciting time. The organisation has invested additional expenditure into legacy marketing allowing them to launch a new programme of marketing activity.
Legacy administration is managed outside of this role, allowing the post holder to focus on a range of activities and communications that will encourage more people to support our client in this way and to keep in touch with those that do.
Our client envisage this will include a creative mix of direct marketing communications, editorial in supporter communications as well as bespoke events and one to one meetings.
This role will work very closely with the Direct Marketing team and will require an understanding of supporter journeys and the appropriate timing and approach to legacy communications.
Our client is looking for someone who can manage the legacy strategy end to end, bringing creativity and energy and a willingness to test new activities as well as an analytical approach to measuring the success of these.
Our client therefore envisage appointing a confident fundraiser with a solid grasp of legacy marketing techniques, an understanding of trends and traditional techniques , strong proven budgeting, planning and analytical skills as well as the ability to be creative with new ideas and an engaging manner with people.
