Stewardship and Donor Relations Manager

I have an fantastic opportunity for a Donor Relations Manager to join a successful fundraising team.

As Stewardship and Donor Relations Manager you will be managing the a portfolio of the fundraising teams high-level donors, maintaining close personal relationships with each individual, integrating them with the projects they have supported whenever possible and bringing them to the point where they can give again. You will stratify the donor experience to encourage donor retention and increased levels of continual giving. You will work closely with the Major Donor and Annual Giving team to develop this strategy. When creating and implementing the strategy you will look at donor recognition, events, communications, and volunteering. You will develop personalised stewardship plans for major donors, ensuring that they engage with the gift recipient.

The organisation offer the opportunity for all their staff to develop their fundraising career to the next level and this role would suit someone who is ambitious and motivated. As Donor Relations Manager you will have a track record of working in donor relations and stewardship, or clear evidence of significant performance gained with another results-orientated environment such as sales or recruitment. You will be an excellent relationship builder, who is a natural at engaging senior individuals and volunteers . Experience within the Education sector would be a great advantage. YOU should be educated to degree level or equivalent and must be computer literate.
