This is a great opportunity for a passionate, competent and innovative finance professional to join a diverse and growing specialist housing, learning and support provider based on the South Coast. BCHA helps people off the streets, out of abuse, over skills barriers and onto independence and work, providing a range of accommodation, support, training and work opportunities.
We need someone who is prepared to put others before themselves to achieve outstanding service to our customers. You will need to inspire and motivate your team to great performance and customer service, as well as provide leadership across the BCHA family of charities and registered providers as a key member of the Director team. The past 5 years have seen significant growth and there are still many challenges and opportunities for us. We need someone with ambition and a broad range of experience to fulfil this role if we are to continue in our success and move from good to great!
