Ellingham Employment Services Limited is a well established and respected charity specialising in providing vocational and supported employment provision for people who have a disability.
We are looking for a vibrant and energetic Chief Executive to spearhead the ongoing growth and development of our organisation.
This post is to provide effective day to day and long-term development of provision within this growing area of vocational services for people with disabilities.
You will oversee the initiation of new programmes, enterprises and supported employment opportunities, whilst maintaining Ellingham’s reputation for providing high quality services to beneficiaries and employers.
Suitable applicants should be appropriately qualified at Senior Management level with experience in the field of learning and other disabilities. A proven track record in leadership is required as you will be responsible for supervision and management of our dedicated and growing staff team.
