Co-ordinator
This expanding charity who address educational disadvantage has a vacancy for a Coordinator to support the Leeds team, providing all round administrative support, office management and to assist with event logistics.

This role will be responsible for the day to day management of the office; from staff inductions to health and safety, distribution of petty cash and ensuring the compliance of finance procedures. You will be responsible for office administration which includes organising meetings, maintaining and updating databases and providing support for regional events. In addition, you will be arranging school visits for staff, preparing school information packs and maintaining the teaching vacancy and placement database.
This exciting and varied role will suit a highly skilled administrator who has previous excellent communication skills and can liaise at all levels. The ideal applicant will be highly organised and be able to prioritise tasks effectively due to the busy workload. Interest and exposure to the education sector will be highly advantageous as well as a self motivated and positive attitude.
£ 19,010, increasing to £ 21,460 on successful completion of the 6 month probationary period.
