Manages regular giving direct marketing campaigns from project initiation, through segmentation to completion
Monitor campaigns through weekly reports and produce results analysis
Use CRM database to select counts and data segmentation for direct marketing activity
Close involvement in developing long term DM strategies for recruitment of regular giving donors
Assist the Direct Marketing Manager in preparing budgets and team plans
Ongoing management of external suppliers and marketing agencies
ESSENTIAL WORK SKILLS:
Significant experience of managing a donor recruitment dim campaign within a charity or membership organisation , particularly via face to face fundraising and telemarketing
Experience of donor retention activities with a proven ability to analyse and interpret results of large multi segmented campaigns
Proven project management skills
Ability to manage a complex multi-channel programme of dm communications
Ability to work to deadlines and budgets
Highly effective organisational skills
Ability to communicate clearly to a range of people
Excellent copywriting and proofreading sills
