About the role and suitable candidate:
You will be the driving force in taking our direct marketing programme to new heights and in developing and implementing a supporter-led strategy to maximise lifetime value from potential and current individual donors.
Your team will manage a programme of inspiring communications, reaching many millions of people every year, to maximise lifetime value through donations and legacies from potential and current individual donors.
You will be working with budgets that run into tens of millions of pounds, so you will need to demonstrate significant experience in business planning and a high level of numeracy as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You will be an outstanding leader and a highly motivated individual plus very importantly you will have a real passion for the work of the Red Cross. So if you have proven experience in direct marketing management in a fast paced and dynamic environment, along with vision and a natural flair for fundraising, then this just might be the role for you.
